Shipping policy
At Touch Of Love Custom Gifts, all orders are processed within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only, and any orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once shipped, delivery times vary by location. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days within the United States and 7–14 business days for Canada and the United Kingdom; however, these timeframes are not guaranteed. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or VAT fees. Please note that delays due to customs processing are beyond our control. Touch Of Love Custom Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Once an order has been marked as delivered, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3–5 business days so we can assist. Some orders may ship separately depending on product availability or supplier fulfillment.
